Shipping & Returns

How to Get Your Order

In-Store Pickup — Free
Choose “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 days. Collect it upstairs at 181A Carlaw Ave during shop hours. Orders are held for 14 days.

Shipping Within Canada
Orders are packed by hand at our Leslieville shop and shipped via Canada Post within 2–3 days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Orders placed during sales or holidays may take a little longer.

Large & Fragile Items
Some pieces, like larger art and lamps, are available for in-store pickup only, or may need a custom shipping quote. This is noted on the product page. If you’d like one of these delivered, email us and we’ll see what we can do.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Parcels
We pack everything with care, but parcels sometimes have adventures. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at carlaw@thuet.ca within 7 days of delivery with videos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund, and we’ll cover the shipping.

If your parcel seems lost in transit, let us know and we’ll work with Canada Post to sort it out. We can’t be responsible for parcels stolen after they’ve been delivered, so please choose a delivery address where your parcel will be safe.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? We’re happy to offer store credit on most unused items returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with your receipt or order number.

You can bring returns to the shop or mail them to us at your own expense. Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll issue store credit as a gift card. It never expires, so there’s no rush.

Final Sale
The following can’t be returned:

• Sale items
• Lucky Find items
• Fragrance, candles, and bath products once opened
• Gift cards
