Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? We’re happy to offer store credit on most unused items returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with your receipt or order number.
Pillows are the exception: these can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
You can bring returns to the shop or mail them to us at your own expense. Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll issue store credit as a gift card. It never expires, so there’s no rush. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale
The following can’t be returned:
- Sale items
- Lucky Finds pieces
- Fragrance, candles, and bath products once opened
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at carlaw@thuet.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, and cover any shipping.
